Sarah Petrin is an Instruction & Curriculum Specialist with 15 years of experience in the public education system. She is passionate about providing differentiated, ongoing support for teachers & students to grow capacity using a universal design for learning framework & a student centered mindset.
Teresa Kray,
Instructional Coach
Teresa Kray is a former special education teacher and special needs advocate who is deeply passionate about supporting and empowering educators. She currently serves as an adjunct instructor at National Louis University and North Central College, mentoring future teachers as they develop their practice. As an instructional coach, Teresa encourages, guides, and collaborates with teachers, empowering them to bring their best to the classroom every day.
Caroline Wiley,
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School Based Behavior Consultant
Caroline Wiley brings 9 years of experience across public education and clinical settings. She previously worked as a general education teacher and a special education teacher in a therapeutic school, as well as spending two years as a clinical BCBA in early intervention. Caroline is passionate about collaborating with teachers to ensure students have the appropriate support to thrive in the school setting.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School Based Behavior Consultant
Sarah Harp is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience providing behavioral consultation in schools. She finds joy in problem-solving with teachers, working collaboratively across disciplines, and using her background in technical writing to create training materials for school staff. In her free time, Sarah enjoys swimming, bike rides, and spending time with friends and family.
